Propriedade única, casa antiga , remonta ao século XVII, completamente renovada, com envolvência única. Por um lado em cima do rio e por outro lado e floresta. Um excelente espaço para descanso, leitura, canoagem, caminhadas, contemplação e para quem gostar uns bons banhos no rio. Contudo proporciona principalmente tempo de qualidade em família ou grupo de amigos. Jardim maravilhoso para aproveitar o sol.
Localização excelente , a 56 km do aeroporto do Porto, tem a Azenha do Trigo. Uma casa com enquadramento único. Situada a 10 km de Braga , a 25km da cidade berço, Guimarães e da Vila mais antiga de Portugal, Ponte de Lima. A 35 km da praia e de linda cidade do alto Minho Viana do Castelo. Também O Gerês o único e maravilhoso Parque Nacional fica só a 30 km.
