This familiar and luminous Baixa Charming Apt. is a self-catering three bedroom apartment located right in the heart of downtown Lisbon one of the most wanted and visited area of the city. From the apartment, with a five minute walk you'll find the entire transport network, cafes, restaurants, Fado clubs and many places of interest to visit and enjoy. This apartment is located on the 3rd of 4 floors building with access by excellent and wide staircase. Fanqueiros 204 includes: • One master bedroom with private bathroom; • Two (double bed) bedrooms; • One fully equipped bathroom with shower; • One service toilet; • A living room with a plasma TV with cable channels and dinning area; • A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, nespresso machine, toaster and iron; • The apartment has Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi connection; • All areas have double glass windows; • The apartment is very good for couples or families. Downtown Lisbon is often likened to the beating heart of the city. It stretches from the riverfront on the banks of the River Tejo to the Avenida da Liberdade (Avenue). Currently under consideration by UNESCO for designation as a World Heritage Site and much work is being undertaken to renovate it by restoring the delightful Art Deco tiled shop fronts and elaborately decorated bars, shops and cafes. Perfect place for indulging in a little shopping to remind you of your stay in Lisbon, Portugal. Take a walk down the Rua Augusta from the Triumphal Arch that heralds the opening to the Baixa, and follow your path as far as the Comercio Square to experience the charm of this delightful Lisbon district. Finish up in Praça do Rossio (Square), in front of the huge Teatro Nacional (Theatre) and Castelo de São Jorge (Castle). This is the perfect spot from which to take it all in, relaxing over a cool beer, a glass of Port wine, a delicious coffee or a simple but delicious custard cream tart, one of Portugal’s most delicious traditions.
