Today, he manages multiple properties across the Oeste region of Portugal, ensuring each space reflects comfort, consistency and professional hospitality standards. Marlene brings over 10 years of experience too in professional cleaning and hospitality preparation, ensuring every property is carefully prepared and maintained to the highest standard before guest arrival. André is our real estate partner, with extensive experience in the property market. From the beginning of Peniche Rentals, he has played a key role in identifying and investing in properties with strong potential for growth and value. He is also actively involved in the management of apartments in Peniche, and his expertise has been important in shaping and expanding our portfolio in the region.
