Hi, my name is Beatrice and I am 28 years old. It has always been my dream to work on my own in the Tourism area and it was then, in July 2019, that this dream came true when the opportunity arose for me to open Bea's Bed & Breakfast in Tavira. I love meeting new people and to get to know new cultures. I myself am from an international family. I was raised in Hamburg, Germany, where I lived and attended school until I was 16 years old. Then I decided to come back to Portugal, my mother's country. I finished high school here; in 2018, I graduated in Tourism at the Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and at the moment I am finishing the Master degree in Human Resources Management at the same school, at the University of Algarve. I love what I do and I take care of the B&B with so much love and affection and I hope to be able to transmit that feeling to all my guests!

Bea´s Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of the city of Tavira, in the Algarve. Walking just three minutes you reach the boat that takes you to the paradisiacal beach of Ilha de Tavira. You can also visit the historic city center, discover its wonderful churches and historic buildings always with legends and stories to tell. Also on foot you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, museums, post office, banks, pharmacies, doctors, etc. On the first floor of this century-old building (1877) you will find five cozy rooms recently renovated with amenities such as a private bathroom with hairdryer, free toiletries, free Internet, flat-screen TV and air conditioning at your disposal. Each room was named after a fruit or plant that can be found in Portugal and was decorated accordingly. Therefore, we have the Hydrangea room in shades of blue; the Bougainvillea room in shades of pink; the cactus room shades of green; the Lemon room in shades of yellow; and the Orange room in shades of ..... orange
