Moved here from London in 2018 to dedicate myself to this new project, although this has been my hideaway for many years. Love animals and they are all welcome. I have a curious and playful Weimaraner girl.

Property info

Guest house located near a natural reserve, between the Ocean and a Lagoon. Surrounded by beautiful wildlife and virgin beaches. Peaceful, private and safe. Guest house is independent from main house, and can be rented whole or by room. Comprises 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms (1private, 1 shared by 2 other rooms), shared kitchenette, living room, dinning area and furnished garden. Overground pool (4000x2000) and BBQ available. Free parking and WiFi. AC in living room, gas heater and fan in each room. Bubbles is a sociable and playful Weimaraner dog and she will also be happy to meet you 🙂 This is a very quiet area, noise is not welcome. Garden can be used freely, but should be left as found. Pets and children are welcome but have to be supervised. All guests must be on the reservation, people outside the reservation must be pre authorised. CCTV at the property. Maintenance staff may use the garden to keep property clean and organised. Guests will not share property with other guests between November and March.

Neighborhood info

Great food, fresh fish, local produce. Lots of interesting architecture in the region. Beach is 35 minute walk through the forest, 10 minutes on bike and 5 by car. It is an isolated location. I advise to go food shopping in Torreira (3kms), where you also have lots of great restaurants. Sao Jacinto has very good food (A Peixaria is one of the best in PT), the ferry to Aveiro, and the entrance to the Natural Reserve (7 Kms) . Closest breakfast is 5 minute walk away, also has bar and restaurant on the Lagoon. Taxi is available, no public transport. This is a beach area ,countryside and gardened house, so insects are expected.
