The flat is fully furnished and equipped, finished to a high standard Individual garage with remote control. Bathtub with Jacuzzi Public natural gas central heating with thermostat. Living room cooker with wood burning cooker. Electric shutters, double windows and doors, high security armoured main door. Communal Saltwater pool with changing rooms, private gardens and children's playground. Expenses not included in the rent more 14 days. Final cleaning and laundry including carpets and curtains (If necessary) not included A damage deposit is requested
