Duplex beach house just in from of "Ria Formosa" and Cabanas de Tavira beach. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 toilets, living room, kitchenette with (household appliances), balcony and garden. Ground floor with a double bedroom, bathroom, Kitchenette, living room and an outside place to catch the beautiful Algarve sun, garden and a fantastic view. First floor with two rooms, one with a bunk bed, and another (en suite) with an attached bathroom and a balcony with a sight of paradise. You have a full kitchen equipped 5 minutes walking to a boat to the beach (free tickets included), 15 minutes walking to Cabanas de Tavira village. Perfect for couples, family or group of friends . The perfect balance between nature and tranquility! This villa is located in the 1st line to the river and sea. Romantic, relaxing and familiar holidays! Quiet and private resort beach, (Golden Club) 400 meters away, free use of 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Free Wi-Fi, MEO cable TV, Astra Satellite 19.2E, French TNTSAT, and Spanish TDT available.
The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and the private boat to the beach are located in the Golden Club resort, just 400 meters away. We have an agreement with the resort, so these services are free of charge for our guests. You will also find a gym and spa at the resort, available at an additional cost. The village is just a 7-minute walk away, where you can enjoy excellent restaurants, local shops, and supermarkets. Nearby, there are three golf courses: Benamor, Monte Rei, and Quinta da Ria. These high-quality courses are perfect for golf lovers.
