Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. Furnished and decorated to a high standard, in the exclusive gated community of Vila Dos Principes in Praia D’el Rey, with beautiful gardens and 3 large heated swimming pools (May to September). Located in a privileged area, the house has a suite with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private balcony where you will find two sun loungers to relax. On this floor there is another spacious suite with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, with two single beds, is on the ground floor and has access to a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious and comfortable recently renovated living/dining room with Smart TV and a fireplace. The adjacent dining area, divided by a floor with 3 steps, has a high ceiling space with a large 8-seater dining table, which creates a large, unobstructed living and dining area. The villa's kitchen has all amenities and is fully equipped for your comfort. Heat is included for fall/winter stays!!
Cantinho da Carminho is more than just a private guest house! Opened in August 2023, Cantinho da Carminho was inspired by Carminho, a very special toy poodle. Carminho is not only an excellent companion for travel and life outside of Portugal, she is also a little dog who, more than anything, loves welcoming friends to her house and socializing. Living in the United States, where he works in an university in upstate New York, Carminho believes that having a cozy home is the ideal way to make new friends and memories. She cannot wait to hear all about your adventures and memories created at our house.
In this gated community you have access to three private heated swimming pools (May to September). Our unit is in a privileged location with direct access to one of the adult pools and also the children's pool. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and sun umbrellas for your comfort. Sourrounded by Praia d'El Rey Golf, one of the best in Europe, we are just a few steps from the golf courses and the Club House where you will find all the information and access to golf, excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf. There is also an electric vehicle charging area. Just a few minutes drive or walk from the house you find some of the most beautiful beaches in the region. At Marriot Hotel you find a gym, sauna and spa (paid services), as well as other restaurants. By car, Praia de d'El Rey is around 20 minutes from the village of Óbidos, Peniche, Caldas da Rainha or Foz do Arelho. A mere 10 minutes away you will find Lagoa de Óbidos, Ferrel or Serra d'El Rey.
