Welcome to Caparica City & Beach! This 3-bedroom apartment was designed for those who value practicality and a strategic location. Whether you're coming for work, study, or to explore the beaches of the coast and the heart of Lisbon, here you'll have everything at hand. Located just a few meters from the Boa Esperança metro station, with quick access to Lisbon, the famous beaches of Costa da Caparica, and the region's main technology and university hubs.
Transport: The Boa Esperança Metro is practically on the doorstep, quickly connecting you to the train to Lisbon or the center of Almada. If you prefer individual transport, Über and Bolt services are also available. Knowledge and Innovation: A few minutes from FCT-UNL (Universidade Nova) and Madan Parque (Technology Park). Leisure: Only 10 minutes by car (or a short bus ride) from the beaches of Costa da Caparica. Lisbon: Easy access via the 25th of April Bridge to explore the capital.
