Stone built cottage with two bedrooms, an open plan living area, private bathroom and outside balcony with stunning views. The house has heating and Wifi. Parking on site with secured gates. IMPORTANT The property is situated on a hillside and is only accessible by steps. It is not suitable for those that have reduced mobility.
The cottage is situated on the same site where the hosts live in the quiet village of Lamas. The village has a small shop and a local cafe/bar that serves good quality food and drink. There is a bus service to local towns and is easily accessible by car or taxi. There are forest walks minutes from the accommodation and there are many local view points, river beaches and picturesque places such as Penela Castle, Schist villages of Lousã, Roman Ruins of Conímbriga and the historic university town of Coimbra is a short drive away
