Located less than a one-minute walk from the ferry to Tavira Island, it offers the perfect base to explore the city and its stunning beaches. Amarela 17 was fully rebuilt in 2022/2023 and is equipped and furnished to a high standard, combining comfort, practicality and the charm of its historic character. The house accommodates up to eight guests and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of them en-suite with both bathtub and shower. Two of the bedrooms have double beds that can be converted into twin beds, and all bedroom and bathroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The courtyard includes a sofa, armchairs and a dining table under a lit pergola. The terrace features a small pool with sun loungers, a café-style table and chairs. Yoga mats and Turkish towels are also available for the pool or beach. Inside, the house offers a bright living/dining area with courtyard access and a versatile TV/lounge space with a desk, ideal for relaxing or remote work. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen includes Bosch appliances, an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two ovens (one combi microwave), Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast corner.
