Situated in the countryside of Aveiro city, Casa da Balseira offers a unique scenery, ideal for families with children, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room, 2 terraces and private parking, it is full equipped with all needed for a serene stay at Aveiro city. Surrounded by a amazing large garden, including a variety of amenities, specially the outdoors, such as the barbeque, it is also ideal to bird watching, walks or cycling along the Ria de Aveiro- just 7 minutes walking distance. Or simply to enjoy the relaxing landscape with a nice glass of wine. Just a 10 minutes car distance from the beautiful city center, considered the portuguese Venice, here you could try a variety of gastronomy specialities, mainly the fish, seafood and the typical sweet, called "ovos moles". 15 minutes car distance to an awesome and refreshing Atlantic beach and 7 minutes car distance from commercial areas.
