Casa da BelaVista has 3 private houses: an "House with 1 Bedroom" which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed with air conditioning, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and others; a "2 Bedroom House" which has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and also 1 fully equipped kitchen; and at least, a "Superior 2 Bedroom House" which has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, bathroom, living room with flat-screen TV and 1 equipped kitchen, also it has air conditioning for all divisions. All these spaces inserted in "Casa da BelaVista" have access to outdoor shared areas, outdoor pool with sun loungers, barbecue area, and a big green space. It also has a games area with Ping-Pong and soccer table, and a private parking area available inside the house without additional cost.
