For those who want to relax without worries. Casa da Capela de Cima, located in the heart of Douro Valley (Aldeia de Cima, Armamar), is a beautiful mannor with Chapel dating almost four hundred years. Restored in 2002 after a big fire (1998), the modern manner respects the original architecture, adding key notes of comfort to its surroundings. Inside you can find 7 spacious and full equipped rooms and kitchen, 5 bathrooms, a games room (with billiards, ping-pong (table tenis) and table football), and a rustic living-room with a vaulted ceiling connected to the dinning-room. Outside you can enjoy the big swimming-pool, located in the garden centre, relax in sun lounges, prepare fun meals on the pool-annex (with a micro-kitchen, barbecue, a big round table and a WC with shower), and a take a walk on our little and fresh forest where two tree swings await for you. Every booking allows the exclusive use of the House and property, giving our guests full privacy to enjoy a fantastic holiday.

Vila Real is a 35-minute drive and features a lively city centre, with numerous cafés, bars and shops. The Douro Riverside area is a 13-minute drive away from the property. Casa da Capela de Cima is inserted in the Douro Region, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Porto International Airport is a 90-minute drive form the House.
