It's a comfortable and cozy apartment recently refurbished and furnished. It has a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, perfect for a family that wants to know the university city. This is the perfect location to visit Coimbra and its surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for families or for a maximum of 4 people. It has an area with double bed, dining table for up to 4 people and a kitchen equipped with all essential appliances. It has a twin room and a bathroom with shower. The flat is on the 2nd floor, there is no lift.

The apartment is located in Coimbra downtown (the lowest part of the Historic Center of the city), in Rua da Moeda. This area is characterized by the traditional trade, restaurants and cafes most emblematic of the city. The historical center of the city is a mostly pedonal zone but the proximity of the apartment to the train station and the bus station could not be better: it is 7 minutes by car from Coimbra-b train station and 12 minutes walk from the bus station. Coimbra is very small, you won't even need a car :-) However, if you want to come by car, there are parking cars very close to the apartment. The nearest parking car is in the Municipal Market. The apartment could not be more central. The main attractions are easily accessible on foot: the Santa Cruz church where the first king of Portugal is located is 1 minute away, the university is 10 minutes away and the monastery of Santa Clara is 15 minutes away. Coimbra is a city with many climbs and descent, so despite the proximity older people may have to use transport. There are taxi and bus stops for all parts of the city within a 2-minute walk.
