Stone house with 2 floors, 2 rooms and 1 mezzanine, 2 WCs and a kitchen, contemporary style, comfortable materials and in a walking distance from the center of Ansião. If you're looking for a family village house to rent for holidays near the countryside this might be it. Ground floor: -Accessing directly from the street you find a big room, big enough for a living room and dining room. -A small WC and a small storage room. -A door takes you to the kitchen, fully equipped and with a good area. First floor: -Coming up the stairs, you find a small hall that connects the bathroom and two rooms. -The bigger room has access to the mezzanine. -On the back of the house, accessing through a small alley, you access the terrace. The walls are insulated and all the windows are double glazed.
Next to the house is a medieval bridge, a river, and a green area where you can go to the cafe, take your children to play. You can also find a trail that you can do walking or biking, going into nature and the mountains around. Ansião has all the modern services and infrastructures for your day to day, located near Pombal (train station for airport connection), Coimbra, Figueira da Foz (ocean and casino) and Leiria, in a quiet natural area, next to the Sicó mountain, where you can visit the famous holes of Casmilo. In a circle of 30km, it is possible to enjoy at least 6 river beaches. Ansião lives between nature!!
