With its high ceilings and grand staircase, Casa da Praça carefully preserves its century-old architecture, maintaining the splendor of its elements, such as the noble wooden floors and intricately crafted ceilings, which give the space a distinctive and refined character. The balconies of Casa da Praça, overlooking Praça da República, invite guests to admire the lively atmosphere that defines this area, where the vibrancy of student life intertwines with the city’s history. Beyond the view of the square, it is also possible to admire the Jardim da Sereia, which once belonged to the Monastery of Santa Cruz.
