Casa da Praia is a self-contained, air-conditioned accommodation in a rural setting near Ribeira Brava, for families or groups of up to four — it has a large sunny terrace with sea views and a private parking space. The accommodation is 80 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 × 200 cm), a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a parking space. The terrace is sunny, spacious and overlooks the sea and surrounding farmland. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Guests have access to the upper floor of the house and the terrace. However, the entrance is shared and the lower floor is not included in the accommodation. The accommodation is in a residential area in a rural setting, but there may be noise from motorcycles and cars on a nearby street and from dogs barking in the neighbourhood. There is construction work in the neighbourhood that may cause noise during the day. The property is near the village of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and many restaurants and cafes. Ribeira Brava is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. The property has easy access to the major roads.
