Apartment with an excellent view and location, ideal for resting and enjoying the beach in contact with nature. Located in a cozy fishing village, Santa Luzia, in the municipality of Tavira, with a rich and varied cuisine, where fresh fish, octopus and seafood predominate. Located 600 meters from the boat to Terra Estreia beach (Sta. Luzia, available from May to October), just over 1 km from Praia do Barril and less than 4 kms from Tavira. River House has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a complete bathroom and a service bathroom (only with toilet and washbasin), a living room with a magnificent view over the Ria Formosa Estuary, an equipped kitchen, a balcony with table and chairs and a rooftop to enjoy the view.

Santa Luzia, in Tavira, is a Fishing Village inserted in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, which has remained authentic and preserved over time. In addition to fine white sand beaches (such as Praia da Terra Estreita and Barril), it offers stunning landscapes, unique sensory experiences, such as the smell of the sea, mixed with the aroma of the estuary and the dunes. It has excellent gastronomic proposals, where octopus, seafood and fresh fish are the main delicacies, which arrive daily at local restaurants, at the hands of the village's fishermen.
