Charming house in the heart of the historic center of Tavira with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 beautiful terraces overlooking a large pool and garden. Completely renovated by an architect, Quinta da Tavira offers air conditioning, heating and WI-FI in all rooms. On the ground floor: - A beautiful bedroom with A king size bed or two single bathroom with large shower. - A large and bright room, consisting of a living room (sofa, armchairs, TV), dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob, toaster…) which opens onto a terrace where you can have your meals with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. - An equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer, drying rack, freezer, etc.). - A guest toilet. - A safe is at your disposal. Up there: - A very bright master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom with large shower. The bedroom offers a double exposure and overlooks the second terrace, overlooking the garden, the pool and the old town of Tavira. Ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Casa da Tavira is 30 minutes from Faro airport and you can enjoy both the sumptuous fine sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa (4-minute ferry ride) and walks full of history in one of the most beautiful cities in the Algarve. There is free public parking in front of the house, in one of the most typical squares of the old town. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer 1 hut with 2 sun loungers, subject to availability and in high season, on the island of Tavira. Although there is a safety barrier to prevent children from entering the pool, we remind our guests to be extremely vigilant. The house is non-smoking.
