It consists of ground floor and 1st floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and a living room, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor, in addition to a games room with billiards, it also has barbecue and outdoor kitchen with wood oven, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, this in addition to of an outside bathroom. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. It has a large garden with swimming pool and private parking spaces.
Excellently located, in a quiet location. It is only 5 minutes from the center of Amares and the center of Vila Verde. It is 10 minutes from the city of Braga. It is only 25 minutes from the coastal area between Esposende and Vila do Conde, passing by the beaches of Ofir, Apúlia and Póvoa de Varzim. It is located only 30km from the São Bento area of Porta Aberta and surrounding Gerês, Rio Caldo and leisure areas of the River Cávado. Casa de Barreiros is just 1 km from Barreiros Fluvial Beach, one of the most beautiful in Portugal, on the banks of the Cávado River. Area served by public transport. There is a grocery / convenience store just 50m away.
