Casa do Luar is an old building in the centre of Funchal, which was all recently refurbished. It is close to all basic services, restaurants, marina, beach and historical centre. The house has one double bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It has air conditioning in the bedroom and heating throughout the house. All linen and towels are provided. It is necessary to climb stairs to reach the house.
