Private holiday home that we’re delighted to share with future friends. Centrally located and just a 3-minute walk from the beach, this house is known for its tranquility, vibrant colors, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find a unique and charming décor with views of the headland. Outside, you can nap in the sun, relax, or enjoy a barbecue with your family and friends. Due to the characteristics of the house, **groups of young people are not accepted.** The open-space layout combines the dining area, living room, and kitchen, creating a cozy and social environment. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a bunk bed (double bed below and single bed above), and another with a double bed. Climb a few small wooden stairs to reach the **mezzanine**, which features a double bed with sea views and a small sitting area with a sofa and a double futon — also overlooking the sea and the headland. It’s the perfect spot to relax, read a book, listen to music, or where children can play with some toys. There is **one bathroom** with a shower, toilet, and sink.

We’re a couple with three children, and our philosophy is simple — we love to treat others the way we’d like to be treated ourselves. This mindset has made hosting a truly rewarding experience for us, filled with wonderful feedback and genuine friendships that have grown from each stay. We live in the beautiful city of Aveiro, but I was born in Nazaré — a seaside town rich in tradition, culture, and character. It’s a place I’m deeply proud of, and I love bringing a bit of its spirit and warmth into the atmosphere of our homes.

Casa do Mar is centrally located, close to everything. Within a 100-metre radius, you’ll find everything you need — a bakery (50 m), a pharmacy (50 m), cafés, restaurants, and more. But the best part is that you can step outside and, in just 3 minutes, have your feet in the sand on our beautiful beach.
