Situated in the heart of Aveiro, known as the Portuguese Venice, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. The colorful walls and windows make this house the most photographed house in the city. This space it's great for the location, you can go on foot everywhere, the light, the sun all day long, the decoration, the restaurants and coffee shops just nearby and the canal light that enters through the window. 30 seconds walk from the typical "Moliceiros" and the river that gives life to the city and 15min from the beautiful train station, this house has lots of light and has been totally refurbished and decorated. 5 min bus to the Costa Nova and Barra beaches.
We speak Portuguese, Spanish and English and we are a little entended in French. We will try to be always available by email or phone during your stay and to manage all your needs. When you arrive, we'll provide you all the important information about all the cool places to visit, as well as nice restaurants, nightlife, or other things of your interest.
There are a mini-market, a butchery and a fresh-fish market just 30 seconds walk from the house. Breakfast is not included, although there are coffee shops and bakeries just around the corner. Locations stores, restaurants, coffee shops, terraces, bares, the riverside and "moliceiros" iconic boats, the Art Nouveau houses and museum and many many history to explore. 15 min walk to train station 5 min walk to the bus that takes you to the beaches. 30 seconds walk from tuc tuc, city train and the river iconic boats "moliceiros". 30 seconds walk to the Art Nouveau Museum. 5 min walk to the shop mall. 7 min walk to the Sé de Aveiro and Santa Joana's Museum.
