This unit combines a roomy studio with an independent suite, accommodating up to 6 guests. The main house features a two-bedroom apartment upstairs. The garden, lounge, and pool areas are shared. The studio includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a full bathroom. The detached suite, with a private entrance, features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and an extra WC. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV in the studio, and a smart TV with streaming services in the suite. Three cribs and a high chair are available on request. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared garden, saltwater pool, open and covered terraces, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue, all in a peaceful setting with automatic gate access. The property is about 10 minutes from a river beach and just over 15 minutes from coastal beaches. A visit to the iconic Santa Luzia Temple in Viana do Castelo is recommended.
