We want our guests to feel at home, being able to feel comfortable in contact with nature enjoying the landscape, climate, quiet and well being.

Property info

18th century manor house, rehabilitated in total respect for its original design and materials. Decorated with period furniture, carpets and paintings, which portray the various styles of Portuguese furniture, as well as tell us a little about our history and the heroic deeds of the Portuguese of other times. Its original Alentejo kitchen has been maintained, where breakfast is served today, which is enjoyed in the living room overlooking the pool. The house has a garden, swimming pool and terrace that invite you to rest, sunbathe or play the children by the patio and garden.

Neighborhood info

Typical Alentejo village, where calm invites you to rest, but where people meet for a stray fados, for a conviviality of snacks or to watch the Vozes da Terra group at its best. Enjoy horse riding or horse riding at Alter do Chão Codelaria. Enjoy the typical Alentejo flavors in the many typical restaurants and taverns or enjoy the beautiful scenery where beyond the plain you can see beautiful green mountains. The nearest public transport are the Bus Station in Gáfete (7 km from Casa do Peso) and the Train Station in Castelo de Vide (24 km from Casa do Peso).
