Located in a quiet area of Funchal, in São Roque at an altitude of about 250 meters, the well of the house is a typical house Madeira recovered by a known Portuguese architect, where the ti local tradition construction blends with the colonial architecture, and modern design, with unic details of magnificent design. Besides the main house there are two bungalows, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to spend a quiet and comfortable holiday. The various corners of the property allow for total privacy, in the lush garden full of palm trees and tropical plants or one of the terraces which overlooks simultaneously the blue ocean and the Green Mountain. The generous pool of 12x6 meters one can see the magnificent bay of Funchal and the deep blue ocean, usually with a Porr's unforgettable sun! The privileged views over Funchal makes the property one of the most beautiful places to watch the famous fireworks of the end of the year, or simply the sunrise or sunset the bay of Funchal.

Within walking distance there is a restaurant, snack, bakery, cafes, supermarket, market, pharmacy, bank, post office. The bus stop is 20 meters and the city center a 5-minute drive. There are taxis near, or if you prefer, we can help rent a car.
