The stylish hall leads into a large open plan living room with views of the ocean, and of the terrace. There is a fireplace and heating for chilly days and nights . You can laze around on the sofas, or pull up an easy chair without losing sight of the rolling sea. Views during dining are also not denied, with the dining table perfectly placed to gain the same seascape. All the 4 bedrooms are superbly decorated. The modern bright white kitchen has smooth easy to wipe surfaces with fashionable stainless. The bathrooms in this house are large and beautiful.

This neighbourhood with similar houses round about, is very quiet, which makes the car necessary. Although, 5 minutes car distance, you have everything you need. Outstanding surfing beaches, Ericeira is the 1st surfing reserve in Europe and the 2nd in the world, and a worldwide reference point for surfers, like Ribeira D'Ilhas is about 2 km from this stylish house! Local stores, the municipal market, restaurants, delicious seafood, cafes, tradicional Portuguese patisserie, lounge bars, life night, events during the Summer, and the green sidewalk that crosses Ericeira from North to South! Worth a visit for the surroundings, and explore the western coast of Portugal, northwest of the capital, Lisbon. Free outside parking
