Casa Esperanca is a nicely furnished and spacious 4 bedroom villa, with two living areas, and a sauna by a sizable, private pool. It is located on a hill near the sea with spectacular views to the south direction to the ocean with the light tower of Farol, in the north to the Cerro Sao Miguel, the biggest mountain in the center Algarve. The Ria Formosa in the close vicinity is well known by hikers, ornithologists and lovers of sea food. Absolute highlights are as well the sunrises and sunsets, which you may enjoy at the pool or from the terrace. The house is surrounded by a fenced property of a few thousand m2 of land, which is in some parts cultivated with fruit trees and planted vegetables. Depending on the time in the year you may enjoy the truly biological and extremely tasteful fruits form our land. The villa has 4 individual bedrooms with access to own or shared bathrooms.
Anna-Kaisa is a retired school teacher from Finland. She lives in Finland, but visits Casa Esperanca frequently. While she is away, the guests are hosted by Sra Josefina, who is a very reliable and flexible person and eager to help our guests.
The bike trails in the Faro and Olhao counties are fabulous for individual bike rides on tranquil and beautiful rural dirt roads The mountain Cerro Sao Miguel is frequented by mountain bikers and has some demanding downhill tracks. The neighboring cities Olhao, Faro, Tavira and Estoi are worth visiting if you enjoy meeting people, visiting museums or historical sites or just enjoying the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the Algarve.
