Hello, we are Paulo and Caria, brother and sister, Deeply attached to our family roots and passionate about our beautiful region, we are very happy today to be able to share this house, which is filled with history and beautiful memories. This beautiful stone house, with its schist walls steeped in history, belonged to our grandparents and has been in our family for several generations. Located in the small village of Cotorinho, it was for a long time the heart of our family reunions, shared meals, and simple, precious memories. Our father completely renovated it with all his heart, preserving its authentic soul while providing all the necessary comfort to welcome new travelers. We hope to pass on to you a piece of this simple, sincere place, filled with saudade. The house is located just 10 km from the city of Vila Real and 90 km from Porto. Since the opening of the Marão Tunnel, the journey has become very easy and smooth.

For your excursions, the region is full of natural treasures right nearby: explore the unique trails of the Serra do Marão, discover the wild beauty of the Serra do Alvão, or enjoy a wonderful walk along the wooden walkways of the Passadiços do Corgo in Vila Real. It is the ideal and very practical place to dine in typical restaurants, savor the generous local gastronomy, or do your daily grocery shopping.
