Property info

Casas da Lagoa (Lagoa Houses) is a beautiful property with 4 adjoined houses: Estrela, Lua, Sol and the Red Studio. The small village of Lagoa is a calm area surrounded by nature between the countryside and the ocean. It is just 4 Km to the beaches of the World Surfing Reserve of Ericeira and Ericeira's lively town center is a leisurely 10 minute drive. The four houses - each independent and exclusive - share a spacious 600m2 garden, two porches, a barbecue area and a medium-sized saltwater swimming pool.

Neighborhood info

The houses are located in a small village - Lagoa - between the countryside and the ocean, with a unique view of the sea, Cabo da Roca and the Sintra mountain region. The closest town is Ericeira, a fishing village 50km northeast of Lisbon, 25km from Sintra and 10km from Mafra. This charming town is situated along a coastline of outstanding surfing beaches that have made Ericeira into the only World Surfing Reserve in Europe. Today, Ericeira is a perfect fusion of Portuguese heritage with a cool surfing ambience, where traditional fishermen’s cottages nestle amongst trendy lounge bars and cafes. Ericeira is adored by the Portuguese, drawn by the world class beautiful beaches and delicious fresh fish and seafood (which the town is renowned for). Its privileged location close to Lisbon and with a direct highway, make for a smooth arrival only 40 minutes from Lisbon's airport.
