This beautifully decorated villa is located in a peaceful area by the ocean. It boasts a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the swimming pool, and is just a 5-minute drive from Guincho Beach. The 2-storey villa is situated in a premium area belonging to Sintra Cascais Natural Park. Part of an exclusive condominium, it is furnished to a high standard. The complex overlooks Casa da Guia and the Guia Lighthouse. Its facilities include green areas full of pines, a tennis court and children's playground. Within the villa there are 4 big bedrooms, one is a suite with a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the garden and barbecue area. Overlooking a private garden is a bright living/dining room. All amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars are within easy walking distance. Central Cascais is a 20-minute walk along the seafront. Cascais Marina is a 10-minute walk away.

Super quiet and relaxing Villa, the ideal place to be with family or/and friends. On the doorstep you have the lovely Casa da Guia. This was an old manor house which has been turned into a great sociable place with boutique shops a good selection of superb restaurants. Just nearby Guincho and Abano beach and 15 minutes driving to Sintra historical village or 15 minutes walking to Cascais marina.
