Property info

Building of my Grandfather of 1850, renovated 15 years ago. It was a building with a traditional Madeiran tavern that sold wine by glass, “Poncha” among other drinks, decorated with kites of Madeira Wine by own production.

Neighborhood info

Building located in the center of Funchal, in a street closed to traffic, next to the Cathedral “SÉ” and close to other places of interest such as “Praça do Povo”, Funchal Marina, Old Town, Mercado dos Lavradores (farmers’ Market) and CR7 Museum.
