The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center in a quiet street, surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars and local trade. It's a 2nd floor no lift. As you enter you have to climb a few steps to access the apartment's living room. The living room is large and luminous, it has a sofa-bed for 2 extra guests, a TV with international channels and a dining area. From the living room you can access the terrace, an amazing place to have an outdoor meal, to read a book or just to relax with a glass of portuguese wine. Also from the living room you can find the kitchen fully equipped with all you need to prepare your own meals. There's also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Attached to the bedroom there is a sunroom with a sofa. The apartment has fans and heaters for your comfort and free WI-FI throughout the house. IMPORTANT: A security deposit will be charged in cash at the check-in time (check tab HOUSE RULES / IMPORTANT & LEGAL INFO)

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty. It is located in the center of Cascais, with its local shops, outdoor restaurants, bakeries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, Marina and Club Naval of Cascais. It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, internationally known for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently for paddle surfing. It is also a 10-minute drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees. For lovers of the equestrian arts, there is also available the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle. Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome. Lisbon is just 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
