Fully renovated home just 5 min from the beach and 20 min from Lisbon. It features 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), each with AC, plus a living room with a double bed and enough privacy to serve as a 4th bedroom. Includes 3 bathrooms, a brand-new kitchen with dining area, a spacious lounge, and a private patio with BBQ—perfect for relaxing by the sea while staying close to the city. Please note that PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED, in order to ensure a peaceful environment and respect for the neighbors.

The house is located in Charneca de Caparica, a peaceful residential area just a few minutes from the famous beaches of Costa da Caparica. This area is well known for its long sandy beaches, excellent surf spots, beach bars, and seafood restaurants, making it a perfect destination for those who love the ocean and outdoor life. Nearby you will find supermarkets, local cafés, restaurants, and all the essential services. The surrounding area also offers beautiful natural landscapes, ideal for walking, cycling, or simply enjoying the relaxed coastal atmosphere. Lisbon city center is about 20 minutes away by car, making it easy to combine beach life with visits to the historic center, museums, and nightlife of the capital.
