Chiado44 is brand new company, dedicated to make tourists interact with locals and live in the same building, and our mission is to make your stay pleasant, our rooms are renovated to hotel standarts.

Property info

Chiado44 is located in a historical residential building, 2 mnts from Largo de Camoes, the most central and iconic square in old Lisbon. This Building dates back form 1820, and our units have been entirely renovated to hotel standarts. We have 12 rooms, divided by 3 floors, 6 rooms with river views and balconies, and 6 with garden/patio views, 2 of them with a cosy balcony. Since our building is very old, there is no elevator in the property, but our reception will carry your luggage :) There are rooms on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Our goal is to offer the experience of staying in a residential building with hotel standarts.

Neighborhood info

Chiado is nowadays the most vibrant and exquisite neghbourhood in old Lisbon. After a big fire that destroyed part of Chiado, there was a movement to renovate this historical part of town. In the last 20 years it has became a vibrant and cosmopolitan place and a good base to explore beautifull Lisbon.
