Welcome to CIAO TAVIRA, where simple pleasure begins!! This little oasis, is a ground floor property surrounded by a small garden on 4 sides, with some evergreens on the front yard and some fruit trees and herbs at the back. The east wing is a dedicated area for our guests, entering through the front garden, you will find, 2 very bright, airy and self-contained rooms, both with a view into the east facing garden. Each room is fitted with a new pantry, private bathroom and king size bed to sleep two persons comfortably (Room Ciao has 15 sq meter and a bed 160x190 cm and Room Tavira is 16 sq meter featuring two 90x190 cm beds connected to make a double bed) The bigger room Tavira has a direct access into the garden in addition to a private veranda, while the smaller room Ciao has an L shape garden offering more outdoor space. The whole property has been renovated with extra love and care, with fly nets to keep you in peace during the long hot summer and double glazed windows/doors with thermo shutters to ensure a quiet, insulated and comfortable internal environment all year round. Whether enjoying an easy morning breakfast at the garden or preparing a snack for the beach, you will find the newly installed kitchenette very handy. Kitchen appliances include a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and crockery. Though we do not provide air-conditioning/TV in the rooms, much thoughts are put into providing a fuss free but comfortable space for our guests. CIAO TAVIRA is located in a local neighbourhood inside Tavira where you can feel the real local ambience. With some local housing nearby, we are away from the busy touristic path where you can enjoy the true Tavirense tranquility but at the same time you have all the amenities at your fingertip. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations, trains and bus terminus are all within minutes of walk, and you can reach the center by foot in less than 15 mins. If you are driving, our strategic location allows you to connect immediately with the N125 national road and A22 highway, whether you are visiting the Algarve or Spain, or travelling to and from the airports of Faro (40 mins), Lisbon (2.5 hours) and Seville (1.5 hours), our superb location will make your drive an easy and stress-free one. And, parking is just right outside of the property, free and well lighted.
