La villa "Coin de Paradis" est idéalement située à 30 minutes du centre de Lisbonne, côté Sud, au pied du Parc Naturel de l'Arrábida, à 20 minutes de nombreuses plages entre Costa da Caparica et Setúbal. Le climat est très agréable d'Avril à fin Octobre avec un ensoleillement bien présent. La villa est très agréable avec beaucoup de luminosité, de grands espaces cuisine, salle à manger, salon, chambres, mezzanine, deux salles de bain à l'étage et un sanitaire social au rez de chaussée. Une grande piscine, un espace restauration et un jardin procurent détente et repos à l'abri des regards. Le tout dans une résidence sécurisée et fermée.
La ville de Lisbonne, très cosmopolite, offre de nombreux sites, musées, parcs, jardins, forêt de Monsanto, le tram, le fleuve Tage, les soirées Fado dans le quartier de l'Alfama, avec un accueil chaleureux des portugais. Ils ont plaisir à vous aider dans vos recherches, à vous guider et à découvrir leurs spécialités culinaires. De nombreux sites à découvrir à proximité de Lisbonne tels que les nombreuses plages, la forêt de Sintra et ses nombreux palais et châteaux, Cascais, Lagõa de Albufeira, Cabo d'Espichel, Sesimbra, Setúbal,Troia.... Mais aussi un Freeport Lisbon Fashion Outlet avec toutes les plus grandes marques, Dolce Vita Tejo, Centre Colombo, Aquarium de Lisboa, LxFactory, Amoreiras Shopping Center, ....
Dans la copropriété se trouve D'Caco, un restaurant avec un excellent rapport qualité - prix, un club house avec un jardin d'enfants, une piscine collective, un parc pour la pratique de la marche, jogging, .... avec vue sur le Parc Naturel de l'Arrábida. A 300 mètres vous trouverez un espace parmi les pins et les chênes verts avec différents équipements de sport. Pour le shopping, les centres commerciaux à 5 minutes, une poissonnerie avec du poisson pêché en mer à proximité. La région de Palmela est une région de production de vin dont les qualités gustatives sont reconnues; en Septembre il y a la fête des vendanges. Vous avez la possibilité de visiter les caves renommées de la région de Palmela, Azeitão, .... Des excursions en bâteau à partir de Setúbal permettent de découvrir l'immense colonie de dauphins qui séjournent entre le fleuve Sado et l'Océan Atlantique.
