This villa is a superb home located just a short drive from Cascais shore and all it can offer: sports, ocean and restaurants. This villa features wonderful outdoor spaces, including a heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, a kids' swing and a petanque area. The gorgeous interiors give a contemporary interpretation yet comfy environment. In the evening get cosy by the fireplace or enjoy the cinema room.

Neighborhood info

The villa sits in a calm, residential pocket of Estoril, tucked inside the Estoril Golf Course neighbourhood — quiet streets, mature gardens, and the gentle rhythm of one of the Lisbon coast's most understated addresses. The closest beach is just 8 minutes away by car. Cascais and its historic marina are 10 minutes; the centre of Lisbon and its restaurants, museums and nightlife are 25 minutes via the A5 highway, which is also only 3 minutes from the property — close enough for easy access, far enough to never be heard. A generous outdoor parking area welcomes guests who prefer to drive their own car rather than rely on the (excellent and frequent) suburban train running along the coast. Within a few minutes you'll find a Continente supermarket, several traditional Portuguese restaurants, the Casino Estoril and the renowned beach promenade running from Estoril to Cascais — a 3 km walk under palm trees and ocean spray.
