Quiet, reassuring, warm and safe place, ideal for rest and relaxation. As it is well located between Braga, Amares, Póvoa de Lanhoso, Vieira do Minho and Gerês Natural Park, it is great to discover the beautiful things and places of this region. It has a large garden with flowers, fruit trees and an orange grove. The house has an extra bed closed for a sixth person if required. It has a fireplace with stove and also has a garage. They are more than 3 000 square meters to be. Have the pool.
This property is my weekend home and so it has everything a bit for when I go there. I love gardening and it is one of the ways I have to decompress. I am a tolerant person, friendly, conversational and also enterprising.
The property is 23 km from the City of Braga, 9 km from Rio Caldo, Gerês; 12 km of Vieira do Minho, Amares and Póvoa de Lanhoso; 1 km from the Caniçada Dam and 1 km from the beautiful fluvial beach on the Cávado River where you can freely access. The village has many hiking trails, both in the valley and on the mountain. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Peneda-Gerês Park and 5 km from the imposing and beautiful Pousada and Monastery of Santa Maria de Bouro (reconstruction of the architect Souto Moura). At about 9 km there is the marina and water sports at the Pontes de Rio Caldo, and a further 4 km, the thermal baths of Gerês and S, Bento da Porta Aberta.
