The flat is in a quiet area with great sea view, 4th floor of the building. There is free parking in the garage. It's a 10 minutes drive to Funchal. The flat has two balconies, Smart-TVs in each room, there is free WiFi, 145 cable channels in the living room and two other rooms, and 35 cable channel in the bunk bed room. You have sound bars in the living room, kitchen and one of the parent's room. The kitchen has an induction cooking suite, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dish washer. One one of the rooms has a private bathroom, the other two rooms share one extra bath room. There is a laundry machine for washing and drying clothes for free use. You may smoke on the balconies (ash trays available). The sea view from the kitchen lounge and the balconies is stunning.
The neighborhood is quite, yet touristic. It's a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the beach (1.3 km from the Reis Mago beach). There are restaurants in short walking distance, and a grocery store. Shopping centers are a 5 minutes drive either to Caniço town, or to the next town (exit 17, Garajau) that offers plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, media markets and other shopping amenities. Big shopping centers are located in Funchal city. You have access to the outdoor pool in the common area. Golfers like the area, you may go wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, biking and hiking and much more. The island is versatile and offers great landscapes as well as Madeiran and international cuisine. The airport is an 8 km drive from Caniço, yet you will not hear any aircraft noise. There are about 50 Levada hiking tracks all over the Island. You will also find a lot of stunning places, you best check with Tripadvisor and will never get bored.
