Esta propriedade esta a 10 minutos a pe para a praia/bars/restaurantes e supermercado Pingo Doce Temos tambem perto da Propriadade um restaurante Agua Na Boca com pratos diarios e tambem o Convento das Vinhas Tambem banco e farmacia ate mesmo centro de saude Ainda a 10minutos a pe encontra a Praia de Areia como tama a Praia de Rocha Volcanica e tambem a Nosso Marina com uma grande escolha de Restaurantes desde Suchi e Pizza
