Property info

LV Premier Baixa FI is a 2 bedroom apartment with gorgeous balconies overlooking rua dos Fanqueiros. Apartment has very high ceilings, with large windows creating a great effect. Apartment could not be more central off Praça da Figueira, right is the center of the historic area, and served by 3 subway stations and many other transportation choices. Fully equipped/ AC/ Heating. Complimentary bag storage in our nearby office in Rua do Carmo 43, 3a. Please note that the property does not have an elevator. The apartment is 1 level up from the street level, and the stairs may be challenging for seniors. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we provide folding beds or a sofa bed. These can be set up in bedrooms or the living room.

Neighborhood info

Baixa is the center of downtown and is close to all key attractions. With lost of restaurants and shops, transportation options this is a very central and popular apartment
