Fonte da Rosa Guest House is located in the Judiaria area, two hundred meters from Belmonte Castle and Bet Eliahu Synagogue. Family-friendly space, it has all the necessary amenities for a complete and comfortable stay within the historic center of the village. Stunning view to enjoy during any time of the year. In the area surrounding Fonte da Rosa Guest House, you can find two hundred meters away, the Bet Eliahu synagogue, as well as the Belmonte Castle. There are also several museums in the Vila that you can visit, such as the Museum of the Discoveries, the Jewish Museum, The Eco Museum of Zêzere, the Museum of Olive Oil. You can also find the Church of São Tiago and Panteão dos Cabrais in the square of the castle. As you leave the village, heading towards Vila de Caria you can visit the Roman Ruins of Quinta da Fornêa. Leaving the village through the municipality, you can also visit Casa da Roda, Casa da Torre Museum, Casa da Torre Territory Museum, and Caria Ethnographic House, at Colmeal da Torre, to visit the Centum Cellas Tower and the surrounding ruins. Leaving the municipality you can visit the Serra da Estrela Glacier Valley in Manteigas and climb to the Serra da Estrela Tower. You can also visit the Castles of Sortelha and Sabugal, as well as the Cathedral of Guarda. For winter sports, you can use the ski slopes at Torre da Serra da Estrela or the artificial ski track at Sameiro, Manteigas. All of these locations are within a 50 km radius from Vila de Belmonte.
