The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, and a washing machine. The apartment also has a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is excellent, within walking distance of cafés, grocery stores, and a bus stop. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the beach is a short drive away. Free street parking is available. Parties and pets are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. The building has some stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The doors are wide and easily accessible. A shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Cleaning service is also available for an extra fee. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
