Property info

Gama House is located in a very quiet and exquisite neighborhood (Belém / Restelo), very close to all services and public transports. The house has a private backyard with swiming pool, garden and barbecue area. From here you can easaly get to Belém monuments and Lisbon city center but also to the different beachs in Oeiras, Estoril and Cascais areas. Within less 10 minutes walking you can take the train, bus, tram or taxi (Algés is the closest station). House Rules 1. This is a Shared House - respect the other guests and neighbours 2. You can only smoke outside the house 3. Keep it clean and organized, specialy on common areas 4. Persons not included in the bookings are not allowed in the house without previous permition of the host 5. Backyard and swiming pool can be used just till 21h 6. Check-in since 15h and check-out till 12h 7. No parties in the house

Neighborhood info

The house is located in Restelo neighborhood, very close to Belém and Algés. Close by you can find cafés, restaurants, grossary markets and all kinds of different shops. The city center is 12 minutes away by train or car, the beaches also. There are 3 bakery shops you should visit close by: "Pasteis de Belém", "Pastelaria Careca" and "Padaria Portuguesa". The Mercado de Algés is also a place to visit for lunch or dinner time. Within a 10 minutes walking you can take the train, bus, tram or taxi (Algés is the closest station).
