With three cozy bedrooms, this house is ideal for families looking for a peaceful retreat. One of the great highlights of this property is its large outdoor area. Imagine yourself enjoying long outdoor lunches. Located in a quiet area of Almeirim, you will have easy access to all local amenities, without giving up the serenity you are looking for.
I am curious and attentive to detail. I like to create comfortable spaces and simple but well-thought-out experiences. I've lived in 3 countries, speak 5 languages, and love meeting people from all over the world. I love my 3 cats and my dog. To relax, I practice kickboxing and crossfit. Between the sun, travel, the outdoors, a good book, good food and good wine, I believe that true luxury lies in care, tranquility and small details.
A quiet residencial neighborhood, 10- minutes walk from the city center, allowing you to enjoy the attractions and best restaurants without sacrificing the comfort of returning to a place where you can rest peacefully, without noises or disturbances. The closest restaurant is 200m of the property. A mini supermarket is 5-minutes walk. Same for the TUA transportation.
