Welcome to my home! The Ocean el Turf is a 210 m² new-build villa in 2024, ready to move into and meeting the highest standards. It impresses with its cozy, yet purist, modern ambiance. All living areas and all bedrooms have frontal views of the Atlantic and the adjacent cliffs. The spacious living area features a sitting space where guests can unwind and watch TV after exploring and enjoying the beautiful view. The adjacent dining area provides a great spot to gather and share meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave—perfect for cooking and spending time together. For added convenience, there’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine. A convenient guest bathroom is located on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms – all on suite - with a queen-sized bed, multiple storage options, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. These bathrooms come with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a refreshing stay. There is also a bathtub in the master suite. On the bottom floor, a garage parking space with direct access to the house - also suitable for electric cars - is available for you. A beautiful infinity pool and adjoining barbecue area with a cozy sitting area and corner lounge sofa round off the comfort at a high level. It is quiet and yet close to the towns of Ribeira Brava (10 minutes) and Funchal (15 minutes). Enjoy the luxury of a newly built villa with magnificent views for a good rest and take advantage of the proximity to the neighboring attractions such as the bird farm "Ilha das Aves“, the idyllic fishing village of Calhau da Lapa or the countless excursions and restaurant offers in Funchal. Or use it as a base for hikes and island excursions. We take our quality standards very seriously and offer you a 24/7 service in case of problems or discrepancies.
