Large Villa with lots of space inside and outside, a beautiful view over the river and only: _ 8 min from the beach _ 5 min from the centre of Aveiro Close to main roads: _ Highway _ En. 109 Near to the city but located in a place, where you can be more relaxed , without the city noises and listen to the music of our birds. In this house, you have an opportunity to live in a family environment with relaxed and friendly people.

Neighborhood info

This place is a beautiful big house, with large indoor and outdoor areas, where you can enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day, watching the sunset. There is a private parking inside the villa. With a car, it is very easy to go to the beaches as well as to visit the centre of Aveiro or join the main roads.
