I decided to change my career path from the multinational chain hotel business in the end of 2013 to open my own business so together with my mom we started HolidayOnJ. Coming from a 5 star luxury background and education, the comfort of our guests and genuine costumer service was the main priority for me, We wanted to bring this to all our apartments so we invested on the details: high quality mattresses and linen, fully equipped kitchens, complimentary beach towels, gourmet tray with products from the region… Things we consider vital to make our guests feel at home and then mix them with the perks one would usually only find in hotels: yoga classes, massages, concierge services, etc

We want to make the apartments special in all the details, all our check ins are made in the apartments, allowing us to comfortably talk and show from the beginning of our guests holidays the special places you can visit, what places to avoid, what are our favourite places in the region so you can really experience it like a local.

Neighborhood info

For me Baleal is one of those places that if you seat around enough time, to watch the breathtaking sunsets, the smell of the ocean, the thin sand on your feet or just seat on a surfboard looking at the horizon… you get a glance at the inner peace that is so hard to find during the buzz of our daily lives. This easy disconnection mixed with the passion of the locals to welcome anyone is what makes Baleal a unique place for me. I love the place where I live and so does our team, we are always looking for new spots, we speak with the elderly that enjoy the sun daily near the marina when we want ideas to rediscover places that are not on the guides, and we pay constant attention to the new places opening in town, only recommending them if we truly enjoyed the experience.
